Pushups: 28 in a minute - on knees (intermediate)
Abdominal strength test: Level 1 (beginner)
Wall sit: 33.2 seconds (beginner)
Sit and reach: -1cm (intermediate)
BOOM goes the dynamite.

congrats!!!! I was like you and was also so surprised to be in the intermediate level not the beginners!!! So proud of myself for that! You had an AMAZING time for your run!!
