Session consisted of:
7 minute warmup on Xtrainer
Leg presses
Chest presses
Assisted chin ups
C25K week 2 on treadmill
Then back on the Xtrainer for 10 minutes + cool down

Usually I would have finished after the treadmill run but I really wanted to see those calories reach 500. Great motivator!
For anyone wondering this is the Polar FT60 model.
